1. Main Responsibilities
The International Relations Specialist is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and developing relationships with foreign partners, supporting international trade, diplomacy, and ensuring smooth international transactions. Specific duties include:
Building and Maintaining International Relationships:
- Establish, maintain, and expand relationships with foreign partners, organizations, and businesses.
- Participate in negotiations, discussions, and drafting international cooperation agreements or contracts.
- Represent the company/organization at international events, conferences, or workshops.
Supporting International Trade and Procedures:
- Handle procedures related to import/export, international commercial contracts, transportation, and logistics.
- Prepare, draft, and review documents, contracts, and correspondence for international relations (in English or other required languages).
- Coordinate with relevant departments (legal, finance, business) to ensure compliance with international and domestic regulations.
Translation and Cross-Cultural Communication:
- Translate documents, contracts, emails, and other materials related to international relations.
- Provide interpretation during meetings, conferences, or negotiations with foreign partners.
- Ensure effective communication tailored to the cultural norms and customs of different countries.
Research and Analysis of International Markets:
- Collect and analyze information about foreign markets, competitors, and potential partners.
- Propose strategies and plans for international cooperation aligned with the organization’s goals.
- Monitor global economic, political, and cultural trends to support strategic decision-making.
Organizing and Managing International Events:
- Coordinate the organization of international events, workshops, exhibitions, or cultural exchange programs.
- Manage schedules, receive, and support international delegations visiting the company/organization.
Reporting and Advisory:
- Prepare periodic reports on the progress of international projects and cooperation outcomes.
- Advise leadership on opportunities, risks, and strategies for developing international relations.
