I. MAIN TASKS (According to KPIs)

1. Manage vehicles in accordance with regulations and the VPTD policy.
2. Vehicle maintenance and servicing.
3. Drive to transport employees for business trips and transport goods.
4. Ensure vehicles are always ready to serve the transportation of employees for business trips and goods transport.
II. OTHER TASKS
1. Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors/Group leadership.
III. AUTHORITY
1. Propose improvement measures related to assigned tasks.
2. Have the right to refuse to perform tasks that violate the Group's regulations and the law.
3. Responsible for confidentiality of information, ensuring absolute accuracy, and ready to take responsibility for any consequences (if any) arising from the tasks and authority.
IV. COORDINATION RELATIONSHIPS
Within the Group: Coordinate with all employees related to the assigned tasks.
Outside the Group: Work with individuals, agencies, and organizations related to the assigned tasks.
V. INFORMATION AND REPORTING
Report to the Team Leader of the Vehicle Team/Head/Deputy Head of the Administration and Human Resources Department on driving tasks and other reports as required by the Leadership Board.
VI. WORKING TIME AND REGIME
1. Working hours:
- Monday to Friday: from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM (lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM)
- Saturday: from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
2. May work overtime depending on arising tasks and will be compensated with time off the following day or another session during the week.
3. Entitled to annual leave according to labor law regulations.
4. Other benefits are stipulated in the labor agreement, internal regulations, and other agreements.
VII. COMPETENCY STANDARDS
1. Age: 25 – 45 years old.
2. Appearance: Pleasant-looking; Height: from 1.5 meters and above.
3. Health: Good.
4. Education: High school graduation or equivalent.
5. Experience: At least 02 years of experience in a similar position.
6. Skills: Relationship building, good and clear communication, teamwork.
7. Relevant certificates: Driver's license.
8. Relevant knowledge: Knowledge of traffic laws.
9. Other necessary qualities: Dynamic, enthusiastic, intelligent, sharp, professional demeanor.
