Metro Star JVC specializes in developing Green TOD (Transit-Oriented Development) housing and commercial models, located next to major metro stations and along metro lines. Metro Star has a development strategy for a series of over 50 Green TOD projects along 8 metro lines in Ho Chi Minh City. These projects are developed based on in-depth research into the value chain of circular connectivity, 4.0 technology, multi-level connectivity, automation, smart cities, green economy, and collaboration with many world-leading experts.
A representative project, Metro Star (360 Võ Nguyên Giáp, Thu Duc City), is the first Green TOD project in Ho Chi Minh City. It is strategically located at the major intersection of Võ Nguyên Giáp Avenue and features a pedestrian bridge that directly connects to the Bình Thái metro station (Line 1).
