Employer Branding ​

• Carry out assigned tasks in developing the Group's mass media channels according to the actual needs of each period.

Building and developing the Recruitment page on media channels

• Implement the development of content and images on the assigned media and social media channels of the Group.
• Monitoring information about the Group appearing on media channels and social networks.
• Manage the care and interaction between TADs and group/admins.
• Manage the EB tasks of the TADs in the assigned groups/communities.

Implement internal communication tasks.

• Communication about the cultural information, goals, values… of the Group.
• Communication about the Group's welfare policy to employees.

Event organization

• Planning and organizing ideas for internal events.
• Organize events that promote the Employer Brand.

 Other jobs

• Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors/Group leadership.
