NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH

  • Collect, process, and analyze data from various sources (CRM, ERP, Google Analytics, social media, etc.) to support decision-making.
  • Build periodic reports and dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio).
  • Collaborate with departments (Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance) to understand data needs and provide insights.
  • Propose measurement metrics (KPI, OKR) and monitor business performance.
  • Optimize the processes of data collection, cleaning, and standardization.
  • Participate in AI/ML projects or projects that enhance the company's data capabilities.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

  • Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành Toán – Thống kê, Kinh tế, CNTT, hoặc các ngành liên quan.
  • Có ít nhất 1–2 năm kinh nghiệm phân tích dữ liệu trong môi trường doanh nghiệp.
  • Thành thạo SQL và ít nhất một công cụ BI (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio…).
  • Có khả năng sử dụng Python hoặc R để phân tích dữ liệu là một lợi thế.
  • Hiểu biết về mô hình dữ liệu, ETL, và các công cụ xử lý dữ liệu (Excel nâng cao, Pandas…).
  • Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, có tư duy logic và khả năng kể chuyện bằng dữ liệu (“data storytelling”).
