MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collect, process, and analyze data from various sources (CRM, ERP, Google Analytics, social media, etc.) to support decision-making.
  • Build periodic reports and dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio).
  • Collaborate with departments (Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance) to understand data needs and provide insights.
  • Propose measurement indicators (KPI, OKR) and monitor business performance.
  • Optimize the process of data collection, cleaning, and normalization.
  • Participate in AI/ML projects or projects that enhance the data capabilities of the business.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduated from university with a major in Mathematics – Statistics, Economics, IT, or related fields.
  • Have at least 1–2 years of experience in data analysis in a corporate environment.
  • Proficient in SQL and at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio…).
  • Ability to use Python or R for data analysis is an advantage.
  • Understanding of data models, ETL, and data processing tools (advanced Excel, Pandas…).
  • Good communication skills, logical thinking, and the ability to tell stories with data (“data storytelling”).
