Collect and analyze business requirements from clients, ensuring a full and accurate understanding of end-user needs.
Provide business process consultancy, identify gaps between the current system and actual requirements, and propose optimal solutions.
Develop business documentation, including: current state analysis reports, URD, BRD, process modeling (BPMN, flowcharts), use cases, mockups, and functional specifications (FSD).
Collaborate with technical teams (Developers, Testers, Solution Architects) to clarify requirements and ensure consistent understanding across stakeholders.
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), support end-users during testing, and resolve any arising issues.
Conduct training and handover sessions for end-users.
Track and update change requests while ensuring scope control throughout the project lifecycle.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Preferred: Candidates with experience implementing software systems for Ministries, Departments, Government Agencies, or public sector solutions such as ERP, CRM, or administrative management systems.
Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and business processes, especially within the public/government sector is a plus.
Advantageous to have solid knowledge of IT and software development.
In-depth understanding of common business, financial, and enterprise management processes.
Knowledge of UI/UX is an advantage.
Ability to quickly grasp and learn new technologies.
Strong logical thinking, self-learning ability, proactiveness, and a growth mindset.
Able to work independently and in teams, with good problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
