Prepare project evaluation reports and propose commercialization strategies for promising technology products.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, IT, Innovation Management, or related fields.

2+ years of experience in Innovation Hubs, Venture Capital, Incubators/Accelerators, or Corporate R&D.

Deep understanding of Industry 4.0 trends (AI, IoT, Smart City, Green Tech) and POC incubation workflows.

Strong project management, critical thinking, communication, and presentation skills.

Fluent in English (IELTS >= 6.5 or equivalent) for frequent collaboration with international partners.
