Program, integrate, and optimize Flight Controller systems for UAVs (using PX4, ArduPilot, or open platforms).

Develop algorithms for navigation, obstacle avoidance, and autonomous mission planning.

Build communication software for real-time data transmission between UAVs and Ground Control Stations (GCS).

Conduct field flight tests, analyze flight log data, and troubleshoot hardware/software control issues.

Collaborate with Mechanical and AI teams to integrate specialized payloads/sensors (LiDAR, Thermal Cameras, GPS).

Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechatronics, Aerospace Engineering, Automation, IT, or Computer Science.

2+ years of experience in embedded programming (C/C++, Python) and working directly with UAV/Drone systems.

Deep understanding of flight control firmwares such as PX4 or ArduPilot; hands-on experience with ROS/ROS2, MAVLink.

Proficient in ground control software (QGroundControl, Mission Planner).

Strong technical English reading and communication skills; good problem-solving mindset.
