MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate in back-end development for the NDT15 platform (15-layer National Digital Twin), managing data storage, processing, and multi-layer map data extraction.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and WebSockets powering administrative web platforms, monitoring dashboards, and real-time simulation tools.
Design and optimize databases (SQL/NoSQL) to handle high-volume data streaming based on strict data quality standards.
Collaborate with Front-end developers, AI Engineers, and GIS Data Specialists to integrate data layers and ensure system performance.
Conduct security checks, query optimization, write technical documentation, and participate in code reviews within an Agile workflow.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering.
2+ years of hands-on experience as a Back-end Developer (experience with Big Data or GIS/spatial data is a major plus).
Strong proficiency in Python (Flask/FastAPI/Django) or Node.js/Java.
Solid expertise in SQL databases (PostgreSQL/PostGIS, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis); experience with Message Queue (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Microservices architecture.
Strong command of technical English, solid logical thinking, and ability to work under high pressure.
