Collect, synthesize, and analyze business data from departments: sales, marketing, finance, operations.
Build reports and analytical models to assess operational effectiveness, identify trends, and growth opportunities.
Propose strategies and action plans to optimize revenue, costs, and operational performance of the business.
Coordinate with relevant departments to implement and monitor the execution of strategic recommendations.
Conduct market analysis, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior studies to support business decision-making.
Monitor and evaluate the organization's key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring data accuracy and regular updates.
Assist management in preparing periodic reports, meeting materials, or business forecasts.

Graduated from university or higher in the fields of Economics, Finance, Statistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, finance, or market research.
Proficient in advanced Excel and data analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
Strong logical thinking skills, with the ability to process and interpret data well.
Ability to present complex information clearly and understandably to leadership and stakeholders.
Careful, accurate, proactive, and highly responsible.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in FMCG, banking, or retail sectors.
