MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. JOB DESCRIPTION
Receive recruitment needs from departments and develop a recruitment plan for each position.

Post job advertisements on the website, social media, job boards, and universities.

Search for, attract, and screen candidate resumes from various sources: internal, social media, headhunters, internal referrals, etc.

Screen resumes, contact and conduct preliminary interviews with candidates; coordinate interview schedules with department heads.

Monitor interview results, negotiate salary, and send job offer letters.

Update and manage candidate data and recruitment records.

Prepare recruitment progress reports on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.

Participate in recruitment branding programs, job fairs, and seek new candidate sources.

Assist in developing recruitment processes, forms, and other tasks as required by superiors.



JOB REQUIREMENTS

2. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Graduated from College/University majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.

Good communication skills, able to assess and select suitable candidates.

Proficient in office software; candidates with experience using ATS tools or TikTok for recruitment are preferred.

Honest, careful, responsible, and proactive mindset.

Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment KPIs on time.

Preference for candidates with practical recruitment experience.
