Check, supervise, and track the attendance of all employees across the Group.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations on working hours and punctuality.
Manage and verify leave requests, compensatory leave, overtime, and other time-off policies according to the Group’s internal regulations.
Calculate salaries, bonuses, and allowances for all employees.
Update and maintain records on rewards and disciplinary actions.
Prepare ATM card documents for new employees and coordinate with banks.
Process monthly salary payments, bonuses, and holiday/Tet payments.
Handle employee termination procedures and ensure accurate final payments.
Respond to all inquiries regarding salary policies and related matters.
Organize, update, and store all salary-related documents, including:
Promotion and salary adjustment records
Disciplinary and salary reduction decisions
Handover records upon termination
Manage and maintain all personnel files of employees in the Group’s Office.
Monitor and manage the Group’s welfare policy system to ensure compliance and full implementation.
Handle all procedures related to social insurance (SI), health insurance (HI), and unemployment insurance (UI):
Track monthly increases/decreases and reconcile with the insurance agency.
Complete required documents and liaise with authorities for employees’ insurance benefits.
Draft necessary documents related to SI, HI, and UI.
Support HR leadership in developing unified salary regulations across the Group.
Participate in building salary scales and structures aligned with market standards.
Manage and implement HR policies and employee benefit schemes.
Participate in organizing employee engagement and welfare activities.
Maintain the list of employees subject to personal income tax and prepare tax invoices (if any).
Advise HR leadership and the Labor Union Committee on HR policies, salary, and welfare systems.
Regularly research and update changes in labor laws to ensure the Group’s HR policies comply with legal requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, Economics, Business Administration, or Law.
At least 2–3 years of experience in C&B, Payroll, or HR operations, preferably in medium or large corporations.
Hands-on experience with HRM software and payroll calculation systems.
Solid understanding of Vietnamese Labor Code, Social Insurance Law, and Personal Income Tax regulations.
Familiar with C&B structure, payroll processes, and HR reporting.
Strong analytical and numerical skills for payroll and data reconciliation.
High attention to detail and accuracy in handling employee data.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and HR management tools.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Responsible, organized, and able to work under pressure.
Proactive and committed to continuous improvement in HR processes.
