MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Search for, approach, and develop new potential customers.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with current customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat purchases.
  • Present, introduce products/services, negotiate, and close contracts.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and personal KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing & Product department to implement sales and promotional programs.
  • Monitor market information, competitors, and propose suitable business solutions.
  • Update customer data, report on work progress and sales results regularly.
  • Ensure full compliance with the company's sales process, using the CRM system (if available).

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduated from College/University with a major in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • At least 1-2 years of sales experience (preferably in a similar industry).
  • Good communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in office software (Word, Excel) and knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to work under sales pressure, enjoys a competitive environment.
  • Preference for knowledge of foreign languages (English) or understanding of international markets if the company plans to expand.
