Planning: Identify the material, service, and equipment needs for projects/departments.
Supplier Search & Evaluation: Search for potential suppliers, assess their capabilities and reputation.
Organizing Bidding: Draft bidding documents, organize bid openings, evaluate bid submissions.
Negotiation & Signing: Negotiate prices, contract terms, and sign contracts with suppliers and contractors.
Monitoring & Management: Monitor delivery progress, quality of goods/services, and resolve arising issues.
Reporting: Report on supply status, evaluate the effectiveness of contractors.

Bachelor's degree or higher, Major: Construction, Estimation, or other related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in bidding, procurement, and supply chain management in the construction sector.
Proficient in computer use, office software, and specialized software...
Skills in negotiation, analysis, problem-solving, teamwork, and knowledge of bidding laws (such as the Bidding Law).
Knowledge of construction and estimation.
Honest, careful, calm, mature, professional demeanor, able to work under high pressure.
