Check, supervise and track the attendance of all employees of the Group
- Check and supervise the attendance and implementation of labor regulations on working hours of all employees.
- Manage and check the regimes on leave, compensatory leave, overtime and other regimes according to the Group's rules and regulations.
Calculate salaries, bonuses, allowances, and resolve related issues for all employees of the Group
- Update and track the reward and discipline records of each employee.
- Prepare ATM card records for employees and work with the bank.
- Calculate and process monthly salary and bonus payments and payments on holidays and Tet.
- Resolve termination of employees.
- Answer all questions related to salary policies and other related issues.
- Organize, organize, update and preserve salary records, promotion records, salary increase requests, salary reduction disciplinary actions, handover records upon termination of employment and other documents related to VPTĐ's salary.
- Manage, organize and store all personnel records of VPTĐ's employees.
- Monitor and manage the operation of the Group's welfare policy system
- Coordinate to monitor and manage the operation of the Group's welfare policy system, ensuring full implementation.
- Monitor and resolve social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance regimes for all VPTĐ employees
- Monitor and update data on increases and decreases in social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance and compare with the social insurance agency monthly.
- Complete records, procedures and contact the social insurance agency for employees to participate and enjoy social insurance and health insurance regimes in accordance with regulations.
- Draft a number of documents related to social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance.
Participate in human resource management, develop human resource development strategies, and other tasks in the Group's Labor Union Committee
- Advise the Head of C&B Group/Head/Deputy Head of Human Resources Department in developing a unified salary regulation throughout the Group; participate in developing a salary scale system; salary tables in accordance with market salary levels and the actual situation of the Group.
- Manage and implement policies and regimes according to the Group's regulations.
- Participate in organizing and implementing movements and activities related to employee welfare regimes.
- Make a list of employees paying income tax, write invoices for personal income tax payment for employees (if any).
- Advise the Head of Human Resources Department, Director of Labor Union Committee in developing policies, welfare regimes, salary and reward policies, regulations, rules, etc. of the Group.
- Regularly research and update legal regulations on regimes, policies and salaries to promptly supplement and amend the Group's regimes and policies in accordance with legal regulations.
