• Research & Analysis: Collaborate with the Product/BA team to research user behavior, analyze product requirements, and study market competitors.

• UX Design: Create sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for Websites and Mobile Apps, ensuring usability and optimizing the user experience.

• UI Design: Produce high-fidelity designs, including layouts, color palettes, typography, and iconography, adhering to project concepts or brand guidelines.

• Implementation: Work closely with Front-end/Mobile Developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately regarding visual details and effects.

• Optimization: Gather and evaluate user feedback to adjust and upgrade interfaces, aiming to improve conversion rates (CRO) and overall experience.

• Resource Management: Build and maintain a Design System to ensure consistency across products over the long term.

Experience: At least [01 - 02] years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer.

Tools: Proficiency in standard design tools such as Figma (top priority), Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator.

Mindset: Strong aesthetic sense with a deep understanding of design principles (Grid, Layout, Typography, Color theory) and a User-centric mindset.

Additional Skills:

• Ability to present ideas and defend design decisions to the team.

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a big plus (facilitates better communication with Developers).
