MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Review and analyze system requirements to design comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing across Web and Mobile platforms.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects using issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
  • Collaborate with developers and product managers to clarify features and ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Execute test cases, analyze results, and provide detailed feedback to the development team.
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and contribute to test documentation and quality reports.
  • Continuously improve testing processes and suggest automation opportunities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Education:

    • Graduated from university with a major in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.

    • Experience:

    • 2–3 years of experience in software development, testing, or system operations.

    • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud environments.

    • Technical Skills:

    • Proficient in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps...).

    • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other orchestration tools.

    • Familiar with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, or similar).

    • Basic programming/scripting knowledge (Python, Bash, or Groovy).

    • Understanding of software deployment, monitoring, and system reliability.

    • Soft Skills & Qualities:

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

  • Teamwork, ownership, and attention to detail.

  • Systematic, logical, and proactive mindset.
