MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Advising, building, and planning the financial strategy of the Group
  2. Participating in the appraisal of investment/financial - monetary projects/plans
  3. Establishing and developing cooperative relationships with financial institutions, investment funds, and the community of domestic and international investors
  4. Managing cash flow to ensure liquidity and effective use of the Group's capital
  5. Managing shares, listings, and financial reporting
  6. Managing and operating the Finance Department
  7. Team building activities
  8. Performing other tasks as directed by superiors


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  1. Age: 35 years and older.
  2. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
  3. Major: Accounting, finance, auditing, or equivalent fields.
  4. Experience: At least 10 years of experience in the finance sector and 5 years of experience in the position of Chief Financial Officer or equivalent in financial, securities, auditing companies, or large corporations.
  5. Language: Proficient in all four skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
  6. Computer skills: Proficient in using computers, office software, and specialized software, etc.
  7. Skills:
  8. Leadership, management, and executive skills.
  9. Ability to raise funds, negotiate, persuade, and good diplomacy.
  10. Ability to plan, analyze, synthesize, forecast, and evaluate the market.
  11. Related knowledge:
  12. Ability and experience in building a network of partners in the finance sector.
  13. Experience and expertise in finance and capital mobilization.
  14. In-depth understanding of tax regulations for businesses, legal systems in business, and financial markets.
  15. Understanding of finance, accounting, and statistics.
  16. Other necessary qualities: Honest, dynamic, creative, organized work scientifically, and able to withstand high pressure in work.

BENEFITS & WELFARE

  • Working hours:
  • Monday to Friday: from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM (lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM)
  • Saturday: from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
  • Entitled to annual leave according to the provisions of Labor Law.
  • Other benefits are stipulated in the labor agreement, internal regulations, and other agreements.
