Implement recruitment for assigned positions according to the plan and targets.
Proactively explore, build, and manage a pool of candidates on LinkedIn (headhunt, talent pool).
Collaborate with Team Leaders/Department Heads to create a source from universities, especially targeting final-year students, interns, and young successors.
Directly participate in preliminary interview rounds as assigned.
Check and verify candidate information before acceptance.
Monitor candidates from the time of recruitment until the end of the probation period.
Coordinate and remind Department Heads to conduct probation evaluations on time.
Report on recruitment progress and source quality periodically.
