MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Act as the main technical contact at the factory and customer sites, responsible for supporting assembly operations, troubleshooting, and ensuring production stability.

Coordinate with customers, internal teams, and OSAT vendors to support new product introduction (NPI), production ramp-up, and yield improvement activities.

Monitor assembly process performance, analyze key indicators such as yield, cycle time, and defect rate, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Conduct root cause analysis using structured methodologies such as 8D and DMAIC to resolve production issues.

Ensure compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and industry standards (JEDEC, IPC, ISO, IATF).

Maintain complete technical documentation and prepare regular reports on OSAT performance, process changes (ECO/PCN), and customer feedback.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Material Science, or related technical fields.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor assembly or packaging processes.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of backend assembly processes: die attach, wire bonding, molding, singulation, etc.

  • Proficient in process control and improvement tools: FMEA, SPC, DOE, 8D.

  • Skilled in data analysis and reporting tools: Excel, JMP, Minitab.

  • Familiar with international manufacturing standards such as JEDEC, IPC, ISO, IATF.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities in cross-functional environments.

  • Strong analytical, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.

  • Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure.
