Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate Legal Management

  • Organize and implement legal activities related to corporate governance, including preparing documents and materials for the General Meeting of Shareholders and the Board of Directors.

  • Draft and execute legal procedures for company establishment, amendments to business registration, establishment of branches/representative offices, changes in ownership/shareholders, conversion of company type, business suspension, or company dissolution.

2. Legal Advisory and Support

  • Provide legal consultation and advisory services to departments and affiliated companies during business operations.

  • Review and provide legal opinions on amendments to charters, governance models, internal regulations, and operational policies of the Group and its subsidiaries.

3. Compliance Supervision

  • Monitor and inspect the implementation of laws, company charters, internal regulations, and policies within the Group and its subsidiaries.

  • Detect, report, and coordinate the resolution of any violations of applicable laws and internal rules.

4. Legal Document Systematization

  • Review, update, and systematize legal documents and regulations related to the Group’s operations.

  • Develop and maintain an internal legal document system that complies with current laws and regulations.

5. Information Disclosure and Legal Documentation

  • Prepare required materials for corporate information disclosure in accordance with legal and charter requirements.

  • Support member companies in preparing and submitting legal documentation as required by law or internal policies.

6. Other Duties

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Legal Department.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Law (preferably in Economic Law or Corporate Law).

  • Experience: At least 2–3 years of experience in corporate legal affairs or at a law firm.

Professional Knowledge:

  • Solid understanding of the Law on Enterprises, Investment Law, Labor Law, Securities Law, and related regulations.

  • Experience in handling company registration, license amendments, and internal legal consultation.

Skills:

  • Strong legal drafting skills with logical and accurate thinking.

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across departments.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and general administrative tools.
