MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Actively gather recruitment needs from various departments and collaborate to craft a dynamic recruitment plan for each month or quarter.
  • Strategically post job openings on key platforms (VietnamWorks, LinkedIn, Facebook, universities, and headhunting partners) to attract top talent.
  • Diligently search for and filter candidate profiles that perfectly align with the job requirements.
  • Efficiently schedule interviews, participate alongside the technical manager, and thoroughly evaluate the results to ensure the best fit.
  • Seamlessly implement the onboarding process and provide comprehensive integration support for new hires, setting them up for success.
  • Continuously monitor and report on recruitment progress to the department head, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational goals.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduated from College/University with a major in Human Resource Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Have at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment (preferably in retail, F&B, manufacturing, IT, etc.).
  • Good communication, interviewing, and candidate evaluation skills.
  • Familiar with using candidate search tools on social media and job sites.
  • Proficient in office software, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Dynamic, agile, able to work under pressure, and have a progressive spirit.
