Actively gather recruitment needs from various departments and collaborate to craft a dynamic recruitment plan for each month or quarter.
Strategically post job openings on key platforms (VietnamWorks, LinkedIn, Facebook, universities, and headhunting partners) to attract top talent.
Diligently search for and filter candidate profiles that perfectly align with the job requirements.
Efficiently schedule interviews, participate alongside the technical manager, and thoroughly evaluate the results to ensure the best fit.
Seamlessly implement the onboarding process and provide comprehensive integration support for new hires, setting them up for success.
Continuously monitor and report on recruitment progress to the department head, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational goals.

Graduated from College/University with a major in Human Resource Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Have at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment (preferably in retail, F&B, manufacturing, IT, etc.).
Good communication, interviewing, and candidate evaluation skills.
Familiar with using candidate search tools on social media and job sites.
Proficient in office software, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Dynamic, agile, able to work under pressure, and have a progressive spirit.
