MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

I. POSITION OBJECTIVE

The Business Director is responsible for building and leading all B2B & B2G business activities for Digital Twin solutions from the initiation phase, including business strategy, organizational structure, revenue model, commission policies, and expanding both domestic and international markets.

II. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop business strategy and go-to-market plan for Digital Twin.

2. Lead B2B and B2G business, particularly state projects and tenders.

3. Build the business framework from scratch: Sales, Presales, Partner.

4. Design revenue model, pricing policies, and commissions.

5. Work directly with government agencies, investors, and general contractors.

6. Manage revenue, report to CEO/BOD.
