Offer legal counsel to the Board of Directors and the General Director regarding strategic initiatives, investment strategies, mergers and acquisitions, and business operations. Supervise and streamline the legal framework, contracts, and internal processes for the group and its subsidiaries. Deliver legal support for projects in real estate, technology, e-commerce, financial investments, and fundraising activities. Engage with government entities, partners, and legal consulting firms. Build and develop the legal team to ensure adherence to regulations and safeguard the brand's rights and intellectual property across the organization.
