KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Organizational & Human Resource Management

  • Develop a flexible organizational structure that aligns with each stage of business development.

  • Define roles, responsibilities, and job descriptions for all departments, divisions, and positions.

  • Establish performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluation systems for each position.

  • Organize and implement competency assessments and employee performance measurement across the Group.

  • Guide subsidiaries to implement systems in accordance with the Board of Directors’ approved standards.

2. Administrative Management

  • Supervise the drafting and issuance of internal regulations, procedures, and administrative documentation.

  • Manage and guide administrative staff in executing internal operations.

  • Monitor procurement and distribution of tools, equipment, and office supplies according to standards and procedures.

  • Advise on procurement, maintenance, and repair of the Group’s facilities and equipment.

  • Organize and coordinate reception, event logistics, and other corporate activities at the Head Office.

  • Oversee security services, workplace safety, and fleet operations at the Head Office.

3. HR Policy Management

  • Issue and regularly update HR policies, including salary scales, benefits, reward/discipline, training, and welfare programs.

  • Conduct market research and salary surveys to maintain competitive compensation systems.

  • Manage workforce planning and annual HR budgeting.

  • Ensure accurate and lawful execution of payroll, benefits, and social insurance (SI, HI, UI) in compliance with labor laws.

  • Administer the Group-wide employee reward and disciplinary system.

4. Motivation & Corporate Culture Management

  • Develop strategies for employee motivation: salary increase policies, reward schemes, welfare and engagement programs, and competitions.

  • Launch and organize internal competitions and corporate events.

  • Preserve and promote the company’s culture across all business units.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Administration, Law, Business Management, Human Resources, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in HR and Administration, with at least 3–5 years in an equivalent managerial role.
Knowledge & Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, corporate regulations, and relevant legal frameworks.
  • Strong capabilities in system management, HR management, and policy development and implementation.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR/administrative management software.
Personal Qualities: Integrity, strategic and systems thinking, high sense of responsibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to inspire and lead teams.
