Receive and verify recruitment requests from departments.
Develop detailed recruitment plans for each position and timeline.
Draft and post job advertisements on suitable platforms: company website, social media, job sites, internal boards, etc.
Source, screen, and contact potential candidates.
Coordinate interviews: schedule appointments, send invitations, participate in interviews, and assess candidates.
Propose suitable candidates and handle job offer negotiations.
Guide onboarding procedures and transfer documents to relevant departments.
Follow up on new hires during the probation period.
Maintain and secure candidate databases and recruitment records.
Prepare periodic recruitment reports for management.
Participate in employer branding activities and recruitment marketing campaigns.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in mass hiring, retail, sales, or IT.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to assess candidates effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiar with online recruitment tools.
Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Positive mindset with a passion for HR and people development is an advantage.
